Marshfield

Marshfield Farm is a home, a farm and a multi award-winning ice cream manufacturer. They tend to eleven hundred acres of farmland on the Cotswold Way and every drop of milk in their ice cream can be traced back to the fields it first came from. It is then moved only metres to their on-site ice creamery, churned with the finest ingredients and then delivered across the country.

The hallmark of the Taittinger Champagnes is the high percentage of Chardonnay used in their winemaking which can be anything from 40% in the Brut Réserve Non Vintage to 100% in the prestigious Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs. This Chardonnay dominance provides for a style of elegance, delicacy and finesse which is recognised worldwide and has earned the House many accolades and awards over the years.

 

Yorkshire Crisps

Yorkshire Crisps are a family business producing artisan hand-cooked crisps that are deliciously moreish and packed full of taste and flavour. Crisps are produced from carefully selected potatoes that are grown by local farmers on the chalky soils of the Yorkshire Wolds. Small 15kg batches of sliced potatoes are hand cooked in high oleic sunflower oil then sprinkled with 100% natural seasonings while still warm.
